Home staging is not synonymous with home decorating cryptocurrency mixer. Staging a home is not just about de-cluttering, de-personalizing, and moving furniture around. It also requires an overall knowledge of the price point and buyer pool you are selling to.
Staging is marketing. Knowing what buyers are looking for and what the competition looks like is a key element. A properly staged room creates a visual path for the buyer to follow, allowing to them to see themselves in the space. This is the experience that precedes an offer.

Remember, designing to live is very different than staging to sell. Staging is about creating the look that will appeal to the greatest number of active buyers and brokers in the price point that you are selling the home at both online and in person.
